Le Belvédère offers a capacity of 200 place settings indoors and 200 on the terrace, with views of its charming surroundings including the lake and marina. The restaurant's glazed facade was designed to offer the beautiful views to each guest.
The modern décor remains welcoming and cheerful through variations of warm tones and blues, carved furniture in organic materials as well as intimate corners offering refuge from the busyness of everyday life.
The use of raw materials such as brushed natural oak, blackened wood, weathered copper, enamelled lava and polished stone echoes the remarkable location of the restaurant, meaning it blends in perfectly with its surroundings. Immense photos adorning the walls reinforce this illusion of total immersion.
The brushed natural oak and blackened wood complimented with polished stone were used to reflect nature's own design. Guests may even use the small private lounges on the mezzanine, which were made to look like nests.
Studio MHNA were assigned the task of designing the restaurant “Le Belvedere”, a peaceful haven in the heart of the Orient Forest, near Troyes, France. This contemporary design and architectural project nestled in a calm, green setting with its imposing glass façade offers a breath-taking view of the surrounding landscape.
Le Belvedere stands out as a place of happiness and relaxation, where open spaces, colourful décor and breathtaking landscapes come together to create an intimate and friendly atmosphere.
