Longfor Mansion Customization Studio - ZESTART is an entry in the Studios, Co-Working Spaces and Home Office category at the 2019 World Interiors News Awards.

According to the experience of the developed countries, the metropolises are more likely to be suburbanized. More and more middle-class families will choose to live in the suburbs. During this process, a lot of small towns and centers are formed around the big city. The result of the suburbanization depends on whether there is high-quality management as well as residential, commercial and office space to meet people’s lifestyle.

The design for a business mansion should start from the demands of the target customers. Based on the analysis of the conditions, Longfor Mansion has chosen a garment customization studio “FERN STYLISTS”, whose owner Fern Wu knows well about art and fashion. And started from the requirements of the owner, a customization studio was created in August 2018, covering an area of 400 square meters.

The design targets the elite class who have great confidence in themselves and in their uncommon taste. Thus, modern skills, elegant colors and art decorations are employed to interpret the beauty of modern elegance.

The first floor is designed for exhibition, the second floor is for negotiation and sample selection, and the third floor is the working space for the designers. There is also a mezzanine floor for private meetings or press conferences.

The designer used round and rectangle lights as well distinctive decorations to broaden the reach and content of the space. Bold and bright-colored decorations and furnishings are added to the calm gray and wood to make the sunken space more lively and attractive.
