Emerald Metropolis is located in the CBD of Yuzhong District, Chongqing, enjoying great views of the beautiful Jialing River. Designed without traditional lines and patterns, the innovative and multidimensional sales center stands elegantly with jagged rocks and dynamic water. The project was completed in June 2018, covering an area of 1172 square meters.
The designer advocates elegant and creative space design which is based on integrity and balance, for the space expressions should be rich and continuous as well as natural and harmonious. The interior of the sales center is well designed according to its three floors, creating different functional areas for exhibition, experience and creativity. With a unique perspective, the designer has tried to present the beauty of balance and harmony within an integrated space.
The first floor mainly consists of the reception area and model exhibition area. Multidimensional space provides rich experience and creates modern, elegant and warm atmosphere. The carving lines creates natural folds, reaching a balance between solidness and lightness. The terraced ceiling gradually fades on two sides, echoing the mountainous topography of Chongqing.
The second floor is designed to be an experiential learning center which consists of the spaces for reading and painting. Natural and comfortable space creates a learning atmosphere with a unique circular bookshelf. Between the lattices hide the strip lights which create a comfortable and harmonious lighting effect, enhancing the cozy atmosphere together with the fresh and elegant wooden color as well as the smooth circular lines.
