Ideally located in the zone where the river and the sea meet, Poly Central Residence is created to be a building complex integrating offices, residences and public spaces, which will allow people to experience holiday lifestyle.
Completed in December 2018, the project owns an area of 900 square meters. It is designed with rocky walls and blocky ceiling. Green moss grows between the rocks and the blank space echoes the waterscape outside, composing a silent but touching symphony.
The design team has interlaced the concrete blocks to imitate the coastal rocks, which interpret the traces of time and tide. The walls, ceiling, reception counter, water bar, showcase and scaled model are customized and well arranged to create a modern, elegant and creative space. Different building blocks are interlaced to form multiple levels and natural spatial order.
The decorations are designed in simple and elegant modern style as well. Pure ceramics, textural stones, rigid metal and soft leather are in contrast with each other; lights with simple lines are embedded in the cabinets or walls, enhancing the quiet atmosphere.
Natural elements such as the waterdrop, jellyfish, octopus and hippo are abstracted and applied in the space design. The waves and the art paintings dialogue with the space, creating a modern space full of visual arts, free dreams and ocean culture.
Large transparent French window is enclosed by waterscape. The sunken sofas are covered with black fabrics, providing a quiet and free space for relaxation.
