2019 WIN Awards Entry: Jingrui Majestic Mansion - Sales Center and Club

Jingrui Majestic Mansion - Sales Center and Club is an entry in the Residential developments category at the 2019 World Interiors News Awards.

by Jessica Evans 29 August 2019 2019

Jingrui Majestic Mansion takes "instant and eternity" as the main theme and integrates the instant change of nature and a variety of elements of rivers and lakes, whilst combining both past and contemporary design trends, artistic quality and humanity.

The project was originally designed for their client, Jingrui Holdings - one of the top 40 real estate enterprises in China - and was completed in January 2019, covering 2,700 square meter.

There are several highlights of the design such as being able to see the dynamic art installation. The sculpture, Rise and Fall, is about 27 meters long and 6 meters wide. The designers drew their inspiration from the river and integrated the rhythm, flow, shape and change of nature within the vibrant sculpture. They combined it with 820 OLED square lights to give the appearance of the rivers merging into the spectacular sea.

Exploring the temperament of the distant and dynamic, between the virtual and the real, the profound image between the material and the spirit, awakens the string of inspiration that is still pulsating in the depths of our hearts.

The metal screen surrounding the negotiation area, exclusive ara and children's area has the overall shape of an orderly arrangement of bronze stainless steel, with transparent wavy acrylic embedded into it. The LED light strip at the top enhances the unique texture whilst enriching the light layers of space as if it were the glowing rays on the Yangtze River.

INNEST interior design was founded in 2015 to serve as a platform for top interior designers to work together, carrying architectural aesthetics and the content of the artwork, inspiring potential experiences beyond the material, and inflitrating the philosophy of life.
