100 Franklin brings exclusivity comes to Tribeca

100 Franklin has established new standards of home living in one of Manhattan’s iconic neighborhoods.

by Alison Carter 10 June 2019 Housing

Comprising two buildings nestled on the corner of Franklin Street and Sixth Avenue, 100 Franklin transforms a distinct corner in Tribeca into two triangular buildings, featuring expansive terraces located at the penthouse levels.

The condominium is made up entirely of floor-through residences and duplex penthouses, totaling 10 two- and three-bedroom residences.

The buildings’ share a 200-foot-long facade along Sixth Avenue maximizes light and views for each of the two- and three-bedroom residences, which range from 1,427 to 3,673 square feet.

100 Franklin Street boasts a striking hand-laid brick façade which features classically-inspired masonry detailing and uses handcrafted bricks by Petersen Tegl, the famed Danish brickworks company.

The building illustrates DDG’s longstanding commitment to traditional craftsmanship and demonstrates how a modern building can be created within a historic district.
