"Suburban” is usually defined as any place in a metropolitan area outside the central city, so our project will be a new suburban in Taif city. Without a doubt, this growth process is an opportunity to improve the economic prospects and quality of life of its population.

The Taif Master Plan has been crafted along the Wadi corridors and Natural Rocky Park reserves. The design incorporates these natural features into the Open Space and Amenities network throughout the site.

The development of the site has been structured around a Town Centre Core, with the Neighborhoods Nodes distributed along the Ring Road Boulevard connecting the entire site.

The program distribution has been significantly informed by the Natural features on site, as well as the major roads network compliant with MOMRA Regulation. The Residential Villa clusters are the predominant fabric of the site. Nodes of apartments densification and commercial areas have been developed in conjunction with some of the Neighborhoods nodes and Town Centre Core, providing a sense of urbanization and social interaction.

Major Community Facilities, such as the Cultural Centre, Souk Market and Commercial components, Administration and Central Library, have been located in the Town Centre, as a catalysts for community residents and visitors alike. A 300 keys Hotel has been incorporated within the Town Centre, nearby the Cultural Centre.
