On the side of the ancient bustling Beijing-hangzhou Grand Canal, YuQiang&Partners created the unique Hangzhou Canal Vanke Center - YuQiang & Partners, through the design of creative car scenes, bringing car enthusiasts a visual feast of speed and power. A car runway is winding up from the ground and through the building floors to the top, and the lines of the ceiling are set along with the rotation direction of the building structure, presenting a sense of movement and tension of cars and orderly through all functional areas.
An architectural marvel, Ten York - II BY IV DESIGN is a 70-storey condominium and inspirational addition to Toronto’s skyline. This LEED certified building is a model of iconic significance, serving both residential and business sectors. TEN YORK represents the perfect union of architectural greatness, interior design excellence and artistic mastery. It is a tribute to the neighbourhood and exemplifies the absolute balance of structural resilience and material beauty.
Huazhu Sales Center - Nature Times Art Design Co.,Ltd located in Shaoxing City. From the beginning, the designer redefined the functions of “sales center” to be a future art gallery which will serve as part of the supporting facilities for the residence. The designer aims to create a relaxing environment for visitors where they can enjoy art, materials with relaxing and soothing texture are chosen so visitors could immerse themselves in art while enjoying the beautiful scenery outside the window.
Beijing Vanke Metropolis 79 • Super Player - T.K. CHU DESIGN LTD. was renovated from buildings that already existed. The interior design is simplistic but advanced. Curved lines run through the space, presenting smooth visual experience. The exhibition area at the entrance presents an art gallery that fully demonstrates the bold “playfulness”. This space discards the functional expression and uses art to highlight the “metropolitan” feature and “player” personality of the project.
Completed in July 2018, the Fawkner House by Beulah International - Rob Mills Architecture and Interiors display residence is one of rare vision. Embracing the signature sculptural curves of project architect, Rob Mills Architecture & Interiors, it is tremendously progressive in its design, showcasing a true confidence of character for a developer looking to sell its product. In keeping with the client brief, the team looked to replicate the ultra-luxury development on a smaller scale, all while ensuring the grandeur of the building’s design was captured. It was also vital the display shaped an unforgettable customer experience, capturing the imagination of each visitor through a gallery-style space.
As it is located in the future core business district of Wuhan and behind the international quality first brand district, the Wuhan Vanke Erqi - CCD/Cheng Chung Design(HK) design is more appealing as the space and spirit are guided by the wisdom of oriental living. A simple ‘box’ has been selected as the concept, inspired by the ancient Chinese royal family and aristocrats, there are hidden treasures of the mysterious box. Ingenious, multi-dimensional combinations in space, using space to sing in the process of combination.
Urban Twilight - CLUSTER&Associates is the flat on the 9th floor of a condo, situating in the old developed urban area in New Taipei city. The surrounding of the flat is dense by high street and local small food business, which is typical of a fast and crammed living style in Taiwan. Therefore, the design creates the ambiance of living in contrast to it, meanwhile slightly connecting to it. The flat is expected to be a hub of cheerful noise with friends and a place to gaze outside through windows, tranquilly.
This design aims of Yango Poly Kuliang Hill - HCD IMPRESS look to explore how to bring a delightful experience of suburban idyllic life, which drives people pursue good life and leads the people to move towards the oriental poetic dwelling. The designer uses a modern and simple concept with natural and plain materials, focusing the spirit and neglecting the form. It uses the natural advantages of the suburbs, combing the regional culture and contemporary aesthetics, whilst integrating the building into the nature, which makes the landscape interiorized.
