The Frames is a bespoke development in Shoreditch providing 80,000 sq ft of workspace tailored for small to medium creative businesses. The client, Workspace, sought an exemplar creative development showcasing a move away from their standard ‘business centre’ model towards a co-working approach, whilst retaining individual business units and maximising lettable area.

Clarges Mayfair is a landmark development for British Land, comprising residential apartments within a sustainable mixed-use development that includes workspace, restaurant and retail. 34 private residences overlook Green Park from a ten-storey building on Piccadilly, with a further 11 affordable apartments located on Clarges Street. Our approach focussed on creating a highly crafted residential destination as part of a family of new buildings.

Combining history, context, and culture, Anaha is an extraordinary example of contemporary architectural place-making. Located in the vibrant Kaka’ako district of Oahu, the 79,650-square-meter, 40-story residential tower is composed of 311 condominium homes. The project begins the implementation of Ward Village, which is the largest Platinum Certified LEED for Neighborhood Development (LEED-ND) in the United States.

Garden Peace Village is located in urban area of Da Nang city of Vietnam. Housing typology in urban areas is getting more and more monotonous because of the plot sizes available. The main concept of the structure was derived from terraced fields. The units are stacked on each other with stepped terraces which provides plenty of light to the apartment units. On the inner sides, atriums are provided so as to get natural light and air ventilation. Stepped terraces provide connectivity between the users and increase vertical interaction.

Situated on the former site of Brooklyn’s Rheingold Brewery, Denizen Bushwick Phase 1 will generate 1,000,000 square feet of apartment units in Bushwick, 20% of which will be affordable. The project will host a multitude of communal spaces open to the neighborhood, while a 17,850 square foot public park will bisect the development creating a green promenade and two 400 feet by 200 feet blocks.

The north façade of Prado Pozuelo is rigid and straight while the south façade has a lot of curves at different levels. Despite these formal differences, the façades merge harmoniously with organic landscaping in an area of 20,000sqm. The project was a challenge but the results are similar to the first drawn sketch, bold and strong.
