The project will feature five-star hospitality and unparalleled luxury residential properties, as well as exclusive enclave of golf-branded villas and apartments surrounded by captivating mountain views.
It has completed the first phase of the project which is a high-end 18-hole golf course set against the backdrop of a landmark mountain range, with the second being the development of hospitality, residential, retail and landscape components. It will feature a luxurious St. Regis Resort Hotel, complete with 60 guest rooms, 20 villas, a ballroom, conference centre, restaurants and other leisure facilities, as well as additional branded villas. The residential component will include standard and twin villas and the retail element will have varying sized apartment units, shops and a sports academy.
