The 314 rental condos within the Humaniti Montreal complex will be ready for occupancy in July. The WELL Certification program is the first of its kind, focusing entirely on the health and well-being of residents and users of built environments.

Humaniti Montréal is proud to welcome WeWork into the complex’s office building, and will also have the honor to rub shoulders with Google Montreal who have announced their occupancy of the neighbouring office tower, lending to a budding innovation community in Montreal’s Quartier International. The Autograph Collection by Marriott boutique hotel will fill the complex’s award-winning cantilever structure that rests between the office building and the residential tower.

The WELL verification processes will commence when the entirety of rental condos will be delivered in late 2020.
