Dogness Headquarters Campus is a design and manufacturing hub for Smart Pet Ecosystem products located in an area in Dongguan which is set to become a new industrial and commercial zone.
Conceptualised as an ecosystem for nurturing innovative ideas, the campus comprises four towers, including a manufacturing plant, an office tower, a research and development centre, and an activity centre organised around a central courtyard.
It is a novel architectural type in Dongguan that connects industrial and commercial functions into a singular and holistic complex. It marks Dongguan’s transformation from primarily a manufacturing base into an innovative industrial and financial city.
The four towers of the campus are tied into a cohesive complex by footbridge connections, the central courtyard, and the buildings’ synchronised façade design. The south-facing low-rise manufacturing plant brings ample sunlight into the central courtyard.
Interaction between pets and people on the campus inspires the creation of innovative New Smart Pet Ecosystem products.The façades of the towers are covered with grey natural stone. With interconnected towers for design, research and development, and production activities, as well as human and pet friendly outdoor spaces, Dogness Headquarters Campus is an architecture that propels Dongguan’s transformation from the world’s factory into the world’s leader in creation.
