Following the success of Quinta do Lago and Vilamoura, in the Algarve, the André Jordan Group developed a property in Greater Lisbon, Belas Clube de Campo.

At the heart of a 1,000-hectare Nature Park of the Carregueira Hills, Belas Clube de Campo is the right place for those seeking quality of life and contact with nature. This fantastic location, a thriving community of residents from many parts of the world, benefits from its proximity to Lisbon’s city Centre and the airport, the beaches of Cascais and the historic town of Sintra.

With one of Portugal’s finest golf courses, an on-site school, restaurants, health club, tennis club, minimarket, and 24 hours’ surveillance, the residential master planned community provides all the facilities and lifestyle that one could expect.

With a sophisticated architecture that blends-in with the beautiful landscape, are the townhouses. Designed by Eduardo Capinha Lopes, one of Portugal’s leading architects, incorporate nature and sustainable solutions in their design and construction, increasing the quality of ones living experience.

Belas Clube de Campo is one of the most sustainable residential resorts in Europe and an awarded leader in sustainable development. Evidence of such are the approximately 30 awards and certifications, national and international, it has received in recent years.

The townhouses in contest are true works of art, integrated into nature and incorporating state-of-the-art environmental solutions, from the design phase, through construction, choice of materials and landscaping, nowadays essential to improve quality of life, as well as to create a better world.
