Valencia Residences is Aria’s latest residential development that redefines residential living within Australia, through the delivery of striking architectural features, high quality apartment finishes and world class rooftop amenities.
Located in Kangaroo Point, one of Brisbane’s most prestigious suburbs steeped in rich history and character, the building comprises 125 apartments over 13-storeys. The site is well positioned with unmatched connectivity to the Brisbane CBD as well as quick access to major arterial roads and excellent public transport. Its close proximity to Mowbray Park Ferry and bus terminal means the development is well positioned for a fast commute to the CBD, northern and southern suburbs.
The project features a striking façade with highly curvaceous architecture in a series of sculptural balcony and screen forms delivering a rhythmic rippling architectural façade reflecting the flow of the Brisbane River. Further enhancing the design is the distinctive pink hue glazing which creates a highly reflective and dramatic façade.
Through thoughtful architecture, apartments project past one another to stagger and maximise view aspects. The traditional apartment plan was reversed by pushing the internal living spaces forward to the view while moving the balconies and bedrooms away from the frontage, and in doing so created a distinctive overlap between apartments. This simple move expands the vista from each apartment whilst also creating a space reminiscent of the traditional bay window.
