Deutsche Bank Branch Concept: Clear, Open and Inviting
Customer Obsession - customer-centric approach in order to be customers’ partner that makes more possible. This key pillar of Deutsche Bank’s strategy is reflected in the new appearing of the branches of the leading German private bank. It is a scalable and flexible branch concept - as illustrated here on the example of a pilot branch in Hannover.
Advice is clearly a priority - from the first contact at the Welcome Desk, through personal conversations in an informal atmosphere of lounges, to the complete discretion in a central, blue CONE, a consulting room that visually incorporates the logo of Deutsche Bank. It is an eye-catcher and a central consulting space. With selected, clear elements, a highly personal and tailor-made premium consulting as a core competence of Deutsche Bank has been placed centre-stage.
The new branch concept is designed in such a way that is can be implemented in all different types of branches, ranging from self-service points to flagship solutions. Depending on the existing floor plan, the furniture and design elements can be used modularly. Therefore, each branch can be equipped with individual furnishings. Nevertheless, there unfolds a coherent, strong and recognisable appearance as a whole that clearly focuses on a personal relationship between Deutsche Bank and its customers.
