Images released following Hilton Quebec’s $70m renovation by LemayMichaud

Nearing completion, the Canadian hotel unveils the first images of contemporary public areas, restaurants, event spaces and re-imagined guest rooms for when it reopens

by Georgina Johnston 15 December 2020

The Hilton Quebec has been completely re-defined for its first guests in January 2021 after the most significant investment the property has experienced says hotel owner, Canadian company Innvest Hotels.

Inspired by the beautiful city of Quebec, our guest rooms and public spaces are designed to perfectly meet the needs of today's traveler, while offering an authentic Quebec local experience.

J.F. Lincourt, GM, Hilton Quebec

Each room offers a view of Old Quebec, the Plaines of Abraham, the St-Lawrence river and the Laurentian mountains.

The building's infrastructure is undergoing a major makeover, including the exterior cladding that changes from concrete to a lighter and more durable aluminum. A prominent figure in the Quebec City landscape, the hotel will keep the same exterior appearance.

The iconic Hilton Quebec lobby, restaurant and ballroom are also undergoing a renovation that will give visitors and business delegates an impression of grandeur, warmth and authenticity.

Guests will have peace of mind when visiting the property with Hilton’s new programme, Hilton CleanStay, which delivers an industry-leading standard of cleanliness and disinfection in Hilton properties across the world.

The Hilton Québec reveals its new colours upon entering with a completely revised lobby, more airy and welcoming. The bar adjoining the lobby will offer a new environment with a look that is both contemporary and authentic to the destination. The ballroom foyer is now more inviting with the layout of the new furniture and its various networking areas. The two largest suites have been redesigned, enlarged and merged with the adjoining bedroom.
