Fendi Casa’s first branded real estate project in Europe

Epic Marbella, launched in collaboration with Sierra Blanca Estates Development and furnished by Fendi Casa

by Georgina Johnston 15 October 2021 Furniture

The 56 residences are located in a strategic enclave reaching more than 12 acres of land on the Golden Mile of Marbella, in the province of Málaga.

Epic Marbella is scheduled to be completed in Spring 2022, bringing together two brands synonymous with style; both share a passion for producing high-quality products with an acute focus on design and creativity, underscored by the art of excellence.

The residences include up to 22 ft of floor-to-ceiling windows open to sweeping views of the region. Distinct floor plans options allow for ample entertainment opportunities. With three to five-bedroom options offering personal retreats, the 56 residences and penthouses range in size from 3,800 sq ft to more than 9,200 sq ft.

Each residence includes a Fendi signature kitchen with Gaggenau appliances and Fendi signature wardrobes; all residences boast finished bathrooms featuring Italian marble with custom-designed fixtures. The natural design of furnishing textiles, décor, meet the epitome of fashion through the refined and precise stylings of Fendi Casa.

The Social Club of Epic Marbella offers exclusive common areas; from modern coworking areas that cater to the resident’s business needs and entrepreneurial spirit, to childcare areas for growing families.

Amenities also include a spacious fitness centre with floor-to-ceiling windows with the latest technology from Technogym. Residents can immerse themselves into a 25 m infinity pool and a private signature spa outfitted with treatment rooms, two hammams, and two saunas, and reserved exclusively for residents.

In addition, the Epic Sports Center is expertly designed with a basketball court, paddle courts, and football pitch for players to perfect their game. The common areas also include a private residents’ lounge, a gastro bar with Mediterranean cuisine, and Enoteca wine bar.
