Fendi Casa’s first branded real estate project in Europe

Epic Marbella, launched in collaboration with Sierra Blanca Estates Development and was furnished by Fendi Casa. The 56 residences are located in a strategic enclave reaching more than 12 acres of land on the Golden Mile of Marbella, in the province of Málaga.

Each residence includes a Fendi signature kitchen with Gaggenau appliances and Fendi signature wardrobes; all residences boast finished bathrooms featuring Italian marble with custom-designed fixtures. The natural design of furnishing textiles, décor, meet the epitome of fashion through the refined and precise stylings of Fendi Casa.

Foster + Partners egalitarian design of South Korea’s Hankook Technoplex HQ

Located in Pangyo, on the outskirts of Seoul, the new 10 storey building creates a dynamic office environment that supports flexible working styles.

The building houses the Hankook offices and its subsidiaries, alongside a modern business centre with a 17 seat auditorium. The floorplates spiral around a central atrium, creating spaces of differing heights throughout the building. The dynamic volume generates visual connections across the different levels encouraging staff interaction, while also letting natural light deep into the heart of the building.

Design duo deliver Rosewood Hotel’s first South American property

Jean Nouvel, in collaboration with Philippe Starck, will design Rosewood São Paulo, in Brazil, in a historic building that was formerly a maternity hospital. The design-led project at the heart of Cidade Matarazzo, a complex of elegant buildings dating back to the early 20th Century, will be transformed into a stylish development with private residences, high-end stores and entertainment venues.

Rosewood São Paulo will feature 151 guestrooms and 114 owners’ suites, which will be situated within a vertical park created by Nouvel. Two restaurants, including one located on a veranda overlooking the lush hotel gardens, will be complemented by a bar and a caviar lounge.

Italy’s Zirmerhof Hotel extension designed with timber salvaged from Vaia storm

Designed by AMDL Circle and Michele De Lucchi, the “Case del Prato” is made with timber salvaged from the 2018 storm for the South Tyrol hotel.

Interiors collaborate alongside architecture and the craftsmanship of Produzione Privata, the AMDL Circle design laboratory founded by Michele De Lucchi to experiment and produce design objects in complete freedom and without market constraints, was able to achieve full expression in this project.

Stunning landscapes outside, a warm and homely atmosphere inside. Everything has been designed by Michele De Lucchi and AMDL Circle, from the shingles on the roof to the carpets in the bedrooms.

Pied-à-Mer: Michael K. Chen Architecture’s aquatic apartment

Drawing on Le Corbusier’s interest in streamlined, mid 20th Century steamship design, the firm has completed the interior architecture of a 600 sq ft luxury apartment aboard a residential yacht in US waters.

The convertible layout of the apartment pulls from these concepts, enhanced by what Chen describes as a “streamlining and smoothening of its functional dimensions.” Movement, and the unfolding and concealing of different functional zones, is carefully choreographed. By elongating the path of circulation, the space appears to expand and compress as one moves around, ultimately appearing, and feeling, more spacious.
