The goal of this project "Clinical Tower-Hospital Angeles Universidad," which includes project design, construction, operation, and maintenance, is to ensure and give the greatest level of quality, technical efficiency, and professionalism to patients. The Integral Attention of Health Services with the best quality, technique, efficiency, and professionalism possible, bolstering the hospital's health services with the Clinical Tower, which includes a clinic and consulting rooms.
The project consists of the construction of a Tower with a basement, ground floor and six levels. The overall construction area for the project is 11,890.00 sq m.
The architectural project of the "Clinical Tower HA Universidad" aims to create a sustainable infrastructure from the ground up in order to maximize natural resources and water savings by optimizing building orientation and location, since sunlight, ventilation, prevailing winds, and other factors were considered as fundamental premises for the design and placement of its facades.
