The designer aims to avoid the impersonality of more traditional colleges by creating spaces that allow students and teachers to have the greatest flexibility and versatility. The 4,466 sq m campus makes use of large open plan rooms meaning that classes and meetings can be conducted in a variety of ways.
Through the use of shape, colour and texture, the environments encourage creativity and encourage learning through the use of the geometric shapes. This is based on the study of neuroarchitecture which is a practice that SKBorges attempt to include in all of its buildings.
The designers also created additional spaces for rest, study and extracurricular activities. This connects the students to the building and encourages them to utilise the space as it caters to emotional and educational needs.
