Built as three interconnecting towers atop a retail podium, the towers are designed to create a public entrance that gives a welcoming impression to the city. Each offers views of the nearby natural resources such as the reservoir and nearby park, while also offering maximum exposure to natural light.
The 376,556 sq m project prioritises a human-centric and future-forward approach with an aim to promote intelligence, vitality and sustainability. Open green spaces for residents and visitors are featured on multiple levels and green, double-height office spaces bring the natural world inside. A 24-hour pedestrian bridge connects to the surrounding area providing a green viewing corridor towards the nearby park.
The facade utilises solar shading and inbuilt ventilation to reduce heat gain and ensure that the working conditions are comfortable. Other features include a sky garden, observation rooftop, and sky summit forum.
The retail podium is adorned with multilevel vegetation and the shops within are dispersed in the perimeter to ensure convenience in the community. The area is tied together with a retail courtyard at the centre which also congregates the foot traffic. This space also features themed-dining, outdoor cafe and an amphitheatre.
