This bright and airy office features skylights, lower level and upper-level terraces, nature and fountains. An exterior glass skin features a series of undulations which softens the building’s corners and emphasizes access to the building, providing vast amounts of natural light. A central atrium acts as the heart of the building. This three-storey space functions as a sociable place in which the building’s occupants can meet and interact, and in turn is the nexus for physical and visual connection of the different floors while the light from other spaces floods in. Nature is physically and visually integrated using interior and exterior gardens. A new landscaped terrace garden on the deck features multiple areas and corners for collaborative work.
