Project: Oasis at 437 Madison
Location: New York, United States
Award: Hospitality Sector: Members Clubs, Silver, 2023
Design Practice: Fogarty Finger
Client: Sage
Oasis at 437 Madison is intended as a flexible space that offers employees somewhere to meet and interact outside the office. Following the recent push to remote work, many buildings and office spaces are left vacant or underused. Unlike a typical office design, the quality spaces at Oasis offer employees a respite from the typical workday and a benefit to returning to the office.
Oasis at 437 Madison consists of 7,700 square feet of amenity space on the Class A office building’s 14th floor in the heart of Manhattan. An oasis for employees to enjoy updated and modern amenity offerings. With a design based on a polar oasis, the winter inspired interiors include a range of immersive and cosy spaces for conferencing, casual meetings, team activities and special events.
Design highlights
Two formal conference spaces with breakout areas, a stunning terrace, a library and an intimate bar. There is also a lounge, a winter garden and a meditation studio.
