Shenzhen City’s residential development Runxi Towers is thoughtfully designed to support the lifestyles of its broad range of residents which include multigenerational families, young couples and professionals. Set next to a park and golf course, the light filled homes have large windows to make the most of beautiful views. Amenity rooms and communal areas, including a gym, spa and games room, are also abundant with light, natural materials and locally made furnishings which offer a sense of serenity and peace. Bedrooms feature subtle light fixtures, soundproof panelling and natural wood.
Design highlights
Communal seating within a spacious common area for residents features intricate lighting and complementary art pieces. The lobby entrance includes comfortable seating and natural finishes to provide an elegant and welcoming area that supports quiet contemplation as well as interaction between residents and guests. It highlights the various materials and finishes incorporated into the wider project, including natural wood, marble, stone, and porcelain tiles.
