The sleek, timeless workspace for Unispace balances two important functions – as well as providing a destination workplace for staff it operates as a showroom for clients, presenting the very best of what the company offers as a global firm that creates amazing workspaces.
The sleek design combines clean lines and high-quality materials, such as the long grey stone counter in the cafeteria and symmetrical acoustic baffling in the ceiling. This contemporary minimalism echoes themes traditionally seen in Swiss design, balanced with natural wood and a soft colour palette for an approachable feel.
Design highlights
Two large outdoor terraces are available for breaks and socialising, overlooking 80,000 square metres of parks and providing stunning views of the Alps.
The studio has two entrances - an employee entrance is positioned next to a corridor of lockers and the kitchen area for colleagues to make a drink in the morning and settle in before starting their day. The private client entrance leads to an expansive executive boardroom for meetings, presentations and video conferences. A soundproofed glass wall with accordion hinges can be opened up to connect with the adjacent hosting area, complete with sofa lounge, workstation and refreshments for clients to stay and work from the studio.
