Now in their 14th year, the WIN Awards are intended to celebrate the best interior designers, and their most dazzling work, on an international scale. You have until 13 June to benefit from the discounted early bird entry rate. Every project entered in the WIN Awards is assessed by an expert panel of senior industry judges from across the world.

Alex Mok (pictured far right above) co-founded Linehouse in 2013 with Briar Hickling. A collaboration of like-minded individuals from various backgrounds and cultures, it has carried out work in China, the Asia Pacific region and Europe, from the small scale and the intricate, to the grand and public. Alex's design work has been recognised internationally, and she has won a number of international design awards.

She points out that “unique concepts are important” amongst those who are entering projects.

She adds: “The WIN Awards are a great platform to share your innovative designs with our design community. They help showcase good designs to more audiences within the industry as well as the general public, it is also important to celebrate the organizations' good work and achievements.”

Jennifer de-Vere Hopkins has been an Associate Director of Jestico + Whiles since 2018. With more than a decade’s design experience in the hospitality sector, more recently she's brought this knowledge to cruise ship, workspace and residential projects as hospitality broadens its influence to other typologies.

She urges entrants to “tell us your story!”

She explains: “Understanding how the design ideas evolved is equally important to the hero images that showcase the final results.”

Tony Duesbury, Senior Associate at SHH, leads a team within the studio's hospitality arm. With over 20 years' experience in leading prestigious high-end hospitality, restaurant and residential schemes globally, he’s a client-facing creative and technical designer with an extensive knowledge of the design process.

He encourages design practices entering the WIN Awards to highlight their innovative approaches to design. “Whether it's through unique use of materials, sustainable practices, or cutting-edge technologies. Innovation often sets projects apart and demonstrates forward-thinking within the industry,” he says.

He adds: “Showcase not only the visual appeal of designs but also the success of projects in meeting client needs and expectations.”
