The new Dubai office for French beverage manufacturer Pernod Ricard has been designed to reflect the company’s vision for a convivial and connected workplace. The space adapts to different ways of working, offering a blend of quiet, focused areas and collaborative zones. This balance not only caters to various working styles but also fosters meaningful relationships among employees and customers.
Open-plan areas are designed with semi-partitioned desks, natural light, and high-performance acoustics to create a comfortable and efficient workspace. Meeting rooms are strategically positioned around the core to maximize natural light in social hubs and working areas.
Incorporating visual elements from Pernod Ricard's iconic brands into the meeting spaces was a key design driver. Each room's material and colour palette reflect a specific brand's identity, with integrated colours, lighting, furniture, and accessories that embody the brand's spirit.
Design highlights
The front-of-house café lounge, featuring custom ceiling joinery, blattchaya tiles and lounge seating, serves as a central social space for visitors and staff to engage with the brand and each other. While floor and ceiling finishes form aesthetic connections that weave the space together, maintaining an effortless, relaxed vibe.
The 1,580 square metre space has been designed with sustainability in mind. The design team carefully selected materials and seamlessly integrated furniture items from the previous office with new pieces, ensuring an eco-friendly approach.
