Sora at Spring Quarter is a new luxury residential tower in Midtown Atlanta with 370 homes spanning 29-stories. The model apartment designed by Fogarty Finger boasts an organic, yet timeless design which exemplifies the building’s overall design aesthetic and ensures Atlanta’s lush outdoor landscape can be felt from the inside.
Often referred to as a “city within a forest,” the selection of colours and textures used in the interiors, as well as a wealth of greenery throughout, harkens to Atlanta’s own vast and brilliant tree canopy. The Fogarty Finger design team has opted for warmth and comfort, welcoming nature into the apartment.
Although predominantly black, white and bold the colour scheme feels warm and cosy through the addition of bronze accent pillows and throws, as well as wooden furniture throughout.
Design highlights
An exclusive element in the bedroom is a custom nook that offers an unobtrusive place for work or study, optimizing the space and attracting a variety of tenants.
To make the apartment feel more personalized, Fogarty Finger worked with local artists and makers to create custom furniture and art pieces. Adding unique design touches to the furnishings, art, and accessories helps bring each room to life.
